NYXEL Explorer
NYXEL · privacy-first layer 1

Public where it must be. Private by construction.

One chain, four lanes: a public EVM, private RingCT transfers with MLSAG rings and stealth outputs, a ZK shielded pool and threshold-encrypted DKG traffic. This explorer shows what is public and marks what is hidden.

Private RingCT transfers do not appear here — sender, recipient and amount are hidden by construction. See the privacy model.

Blocks

One block per 1 s slot in each of up to four shards. Each block references its DAG parents; the bar shows its lane mix.

Transactions

Every included transaction across the four lanes. Private and shielded rows show only what the protocol makes public: hash, inclusion, size and fee.

Sender, recipient and amount for this lane are not public. The explorer never displays an “estimated sender”.

Each key image marks one spent output. The real input hides among {{ tx.ring }} ring members; the key image stops it being spent twice.

Bridge call — this leaks Amount and EVM addresses are public on both shield and unshield. Unshielding the same amount a few blocks later is strongly linkable.
Public EVM · {{ addr.type }}

{{ addr.title }}

Public EVM balance only. Stealth outputs paid to the same owner are not linkable to this address, and shielded notes are never shown.
Consensus

Validators

The active set, ordered by stake. Validators are assigned to shards; each shard keeps at least four.

Assets · public EVM

Tokens

ERC-20 contracts on the public EVM. Balances held inside the shielded pool are not counted in holders.

Assets · public EVM

NFTs

ERC-721 and ERC-1155 collections and their latest transfers.

Shielded pool

ZK layer

Note commitments accumulate into a Merkle root; spends reveal only a nullifier. Proofs are Halo2 over the Orchard action circuit, with no trusted setup; the pool is the system contract 0x…12.

Pending

Mempool

Slot time is 1 s. The pools are polled twice a second; a private transaction in its Dandelion stem phase is invisible here by design.

Privacy model

This explorer’s job is not to show every field. It shows what is actually public, and makes clear what is hidden and why.

MLSAG · spent-marker set

Key image

A key image shows whether an output has been spent — not who spent it or which ring member was real.

Dark is the default. Light is meant for print and embeds.

Point the explorer at a self-hosted node or a private fork. Overrides persist to local storage.
